Lands of the Monsoon Vijfdelige documentaireserie die onderzoekt in welke mate het leven in Zuid-Azië bepaald wordt door een van de meest spectaculaire weerfenomenen op aarde: de moessonwinden. Variaties in de moesson doen beschavingen komen en gaan. De menselijke vraag naar natuurbronnen is steeds groter en dus verhoogt de druk op deze gevoelige regio. De grote vraag is dus wat de toekomst in petto heeft voor de moessonlanden.
