Treasures of the world Griekenland wordt beschouwd als de bakermat van de westerse beschaving. Na een verkenning van Athene reist Bettany naar Nafplion, een van Griekenlands meest romantische steden. In Sparta komt Bettany erachter dat de Grieken niet alleen beroemd zijn geworden door hun prachtige artistieke prestaties en epische monumenten, maar ook om hun ideeën. In Aegae is ze getuige van een wonderlijke ontdekking. Ten slotte gaat ze naar een Olympia zonder toeristen en naar de opgravingen in Epidaurus, waar ze bewijst dat de akoestiek in het oude theater nog steeds perfect is.
